The NASPGHAN Med Ed SIG has created a new program to offer personalized job interview coaching for rising 3rd Year Fellows. The program will involve three virtual sessions over the summer of 2025 and will focus on two specific skills of faculty job interviewing – initial virtual interview “elevator pitches” and job conference talk delivery (focusing on presentation style, first impressions and impact).
Selected applicants for the Job Interview Coaching Workshop for Graduating Fellows program will participate in two small group coaching sessions to receive detailed feedback and coaching of their own personal pitches and presentations.
