Nutrition Pearls Ep. 7: Episode 7 – Raquel Durban – Navigating Nutrition with FPIES

In this episode of Nutrition Pearls: the Podcast, Megan Murphy and Jen Smith host dietitian Raquel Durban.   Raquel is a registered dietitian specializing in the dietary management of families with food allergies at Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center in Charlotte, NC.  As a recognized authority on the dietary and nutritional management of food allergies, Raquel is a frequently invited speaker at allergy and immunology conferences and has the pleasure of precepting dietetic interns. She has contributed her expertise to peer reviewed publications and continuing education programs. During this episode she will discuss FPIES and nutrition considerations and management.
