Nutrition Pearls Ep. 14: Episode 14 – Paula Gallagher – Congenital Sucrase-Isomaltase Deficiency (CSID)

In this episode of Nutrition Pearls: the Podcast, Melissa Talley and Megan Murphy host dietitian Paula Gallagher.  Paula is an Ohio-based Registered and Licensed Dietitian. She is an instructor and the director of the dietetics program at a community college. Paula also owns a private practice where the focus is digestive diseases including Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Celiac Disease, and Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Paula educates in a holistic manner in order to help patients decrease symptoms while improving their quality of life. In this episode, she discusses management of Congenital Sucrase Isomaltase Deficiency (CSID).
