New Research Opportunity

The NASPGHAN Foundation is offering a new research grant opportunity. The new grant, NASPGHAN Foundation/Alcresta Research Award for the Study of Pancreatic Disease in Children for Pediatric GI Fellows and Junior Faculty, will be available in 2022. This award will provide $75,000 annually for studies focused on improving patient outcomes in areas of unmet medical needs with a focus on pancreatic insufficiency or fat malabsorption, which results in malabsorption common in cystic fibrosis, digestive cancers, preterm birth, and other serious diseases.
