This course consisting of 14 lectures is designed to provide specialized nutrition education in areas associated with the practice of pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition. The course includes background lectures and a series of case-based clinical scenarios. NASPGHAN designates this enduring activity for a maximum of 8.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. This mini-course consisting of 4 cases and a brief commentary is designed to provide specialized nutrition education to professionals interested in treating children and young adults with disaccharidase deficiencies.
